Welding and upholsteryA heavy chair that does not fit trough my door.

SALOON

Made these seats a while back. First time I did some real welding but since most of the angles are 90 degrees, getting the whole frame square was not too hard for an inexperienced welder as me. Some handy tools from my former company made it easy to align everything perfectly. But anyway: a grinder and paint makes me the welder I ain’t (right??). After the welding, the frame got powder-coated with structured paint to hide some small welding errors. Bought some fabric and pillow-foam for the seats in a discount store nearby. Since my mother is experienced in sewing, she helped me out with making the pillows fit nicely over the foam inside the pillow.
